The following rules serve as general guidelines to be followed unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We are open to suggestions for criteria that a customer wishes to enstate to ensure satisfaction for both parties.

The current rate for our work is $40 per hour. Unless an agreement is in effect, this rate may change without notice but the client will know the hourly rate before work begins. Payment is not required until the job is complete or near completion with a bidded price ceiling. All work will be offered to the client in a protected file format so the client can understand the finished product and what it will cost. A client's request for changes might add cost to the work, but the basis of these costs will be understood before work begins and costs increase. Websentia will allow one set of changes to any work it performs but reserves the right to receive payment for the existing work before further changes are made.
